The correspondences between the label no in the file and the name of cooking motion are as follows. 1 = breaking 2 = mixing 3 = baking 4 = turning 5 = cutting 6 = boiling 7 = seasoning 8 = peeling -1000 = none The label in each frame was decided by a majority voting. Three people assigned a label to each video frame according to the rule as below. Then, the label with the most votes was regarded as the majority frame by frame. Rule of label decision: 1 = breaking Start: He starts to break an egg. End: He puts the shell on somewhere. 2 = mixing Start: He starts to mix something (in a bowl, in a frying pan, etc.). End: He stops mixing. 3 = baking Start: He starts to put something in a frying pan to bake it. End: He removes the target from the pan. *The label gbakingh is overwritten with other labels (mixing, turning, cutting, and seasoning) if necessary. 4 = turning Start: Start: He starts to turn a target with cooking tools (a turner, chopsticks, etc.). End: He finishes turning the target. 5 = cutting Start: He starts to cut something with cooking tools. End: He finishes cutting. 6 = boiling Start: He puts an egg in a pan. End: He removes the egg from the pan. 7 = seasoning Start: He picks up seasonings. End: He brings back it. * Milk is not included in the category of seasoning. 8 = peeling Start: He picks up an egg to peel the shell.
